WE OFFER A 30-DAY FREE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are currently experiencing delays in returns processing. Once your return has been delivered to us, please allow 10 business days for your refund and/or your exchange order to ship. All items must not be used and remain in original condition with tags still attached. Exchange orders will ship as soon as your return has been received and processed by our warehouse, so we encourage you to send back your return as soon as possible. Shipping charges are not refunded. Lifa Face Masks are not eligible for returns.

We offer a 30 day return and exchange policy. You can exchange your product for a different color/size within 30 days of receiving it or send the product back for a refund. Product must be in original condition, i.e., it must not be used, and tags are still attached.

When preparing your return, please use appropriate protective packaging, preferably the same carton/package you received your order in. To ensure a timely refund, the item(s) you registered for return or exchange should correspond with the items in your package. Please process and mail multiple returns individually. Combining multiple returns, including returns from multiple orders, will result in refund delays.

Enter your email and click ‘View Order’ button. Next, check your email and find a mail titled Helly Hansen: Link to register your return. Open the mail and click on Show My Orders. Follow the prompts to select the products you want to return or exchange and enjoy the smooth Returnado flow!



Returnado is a service that helps you to easily handle your returns and exchanges. Any replacement products ordered will be shipped when the online merchant has approved the return.
